UX Process

My UX process is all about problem solving. Every problem needs to be defined and refined so the nuances of the approach will vary; there is no “one-size fits all” process, but below is a general methodology I follow. Finding a solution might involve any combination of the following: collecting user data from screener surveys, scheduling and conducting interviews; competitive business analysis; analyzing data to pin-point emerging trends; analyzing the users' wants, needs, pain points and behaviors; ideating and prioritizing features; designing, testing and iteration to develop a high functioning prototype; visual design; collaborating with developers and other visual designers to develop the final product.

Tools

Below are some of the tools I use. It's certainly not an exhaustive list and I find learning new software interfaces to be quite easy.
